PRODUCTION
All items are custom printed when ordered. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your order. If you have a question, please contact us PRIOR to ordering as orders cannot be cancelled or amended once placed.

SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped directly to the customer. Shipping rates are calculated by weight and displayed at checkout. Tracking information will be sent via email when the order ships. To expedite fulfillment, items from the same order may ship separately.

RETURNS
Due to the custom nature of our items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason including sizing. Manufacturer's size charts are provided in links that can be found above the drop down box for size selection. If you have a problem with your order, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will work to resolve it with you. The 3 day window begins when the package is marked delivered by the courier.
